- Oatmeal
- Fruits, such as bananas, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches, pears, apples, pineapple, mango
- Vegetables, such as aubergine (eggplant), courgette (zucchini), broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower, carrots
- Nuts or nut butters, like almonds, walnuts, cashew news, Brazil nuts, peanuts
- Seeds, like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds
- Whole grains, such as rice, pasta, bread, millet, buckwheat
- Meat substitutes, like tofu and tempeh
- Healthy fatty acids, mostly olive oil

- Eggs
- Yoghurt or quark
- Sugar substitutes, like xylitol or stevia
