My sugar free diet

This is a more detailed overview of my sugar free diet.

Here is what I eat…

Daily

  • Oatmeal
  • Fruits, such as bananas, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches, pears, apples, pineapple, mango
  • Vegetables, such as aubergine (eggplant), courgette (zucchini), broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower, carrots
  • Nuts or nut butters, like almonds, walnuts, cashew news, Brazil nuts, peanuts
  • Seeds, like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds
  • Whole grains, such as rice, pasta, bread, millet, buckwheat
  • Meat substitutes, like tofu and tempeh
  • Healthy fatty acids, mostly olive oil

Often

  • Eggs
  • Yoghurt or quark
  • Sugar substitutes, like xylitol or stevia

Sometimes

  • Cheese
  • Alcohol
  • Fish

Rarely or never

  • Milk
  • Sugars
  • Meat
