  • 1 cup oats
  • 150 ml yoghurt you can use vegan coconut or soy yoghurt as well
  • 1 cup red fruit
  • 1 peach
  • almonds
  • Brazil nuts
  • flaxeeds
  • cinnamon


  • Put all ingredients into your jar and stir. Put in the fridge and go to bed. ;-)
